About iToDo

iToDo is a local-first productivity app that brings notes, tasks and reminders together. No separate account is needed, and local features work offline. Enable iCloud to sync content across iPhone, iPad and Mac devices using the same Apple account.

Common questions

What if iCloud isn’t syncing?

Check that every device uses the same Apple account and has iCloud Drive enabled in system settings. Connect to the internet and reopen iToDo, or choose Sync Now in Settings & Data. Your local content remains available if syncing is temporarily unavailable.

Can I restore deleted content?

Deleted tasks, notes and folders go to the trash for up to seven days. Restore them before that period ends; after it ends, the content is permanently removed.

How do I back up my data?

Choose Export Local Backup in Settings & Data. Backups contain notes, tasks, attachments and trash content, and can be used for recovery.

Why does the app request photos, camera, microphone or notification permissions?

These permissions are used only when you choose to insert an image, take a photo, record audio or set a reminder. Denying a permission does not affect other notes and task features.
