From your notes to your next step
Write it down.Plan what’s next.
Keep the discussion, the details and the next steps in one note. Tasks keep a link to their source, so the original thinking is always close by.
- Organize ideas with headings, lists and quotes
- Add tables, code and equations to the same note
The note “From an idea to a better product” shows headings, lists, quotes, a table, code and an equation. Add “Review interviews and identify key needs” below the note and schedule it for today, 09:30 to 10:30. The saved task appears in the note, then in Today with a link to its source, alongside four other tasks: Confirm the homepage structure; Prepare design review materials; Align delivery dates with engineering; Summarize feedback and send meeting notes.

Which devices can I use?
iToDo is available for iPhone, iPad and Mac. See the App Store listing for current system requirements.
Do I need to create an account?
No separate iToDo account is needed. Local features are ready to use after download. Optional iCloud sync uses the Apple account signed in on your device.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Local notes and tasks do not require a continuous internet connection. Syncing between devices needs a connection and available iCloud services.
How do I sync iPhone and Mac?
Sign in to the same Apple account on your devices, enable the required iCloud settings, then turn on sync in iToDo. Your content syncs through your private CloudKit database.
Can I export or recover my content?
You can export notes and local backups. Deleted tasks, notes and folders stay in the trash for up to seven days and can be restored before they expire.
Where can I download it and check pricing?
Select “Download on the App Store” to view the current price, device compatibility and available purchases. Details may vary by App Store region.
